Himachal Pradesh Assembly on Friday passed the HP Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (facilitation of establishment and operation) Bill, 2019, which proposes to exempt any person bringing a MSME in the state from taking approvals from government departments for three years.
The government is aware of the problems faced by exporters and efforts are being taken to boost exports, including to emerging markets through preferential and free trade agreements, Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said on Tuesday.
