New Delhi: Businesses taking Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration without Aadhaar authentication will have to undergo physical verification of their premises, according to a set of norms brought out by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC).
The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on Tuesday notified that GST e-invoicing will be mandatory for any firm whose turnover exceeds Rs 100 crore from January 1, 2021. The limit set earlier was a turnover of Rs 500 crore.
