Bhubaneswar, Jan 6 (KNN) The 8th Odisha Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) International Trade Fair themed 'Focus MSME @ 2020' will begin at the Exhibition Ground in Odisha capital from January 8.

The trade fair is being organized by MSME Department of the state government in association with the National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) and MSME Development Commissioner.

Addressing newsmen here, on Monday, principal secretary, MSME, Hemant Sharma informed that the 20 companies from Iran and 10 companies from Bangladesh will participate in the five-day event which will continue till January 12.

The fair will also serve as a platform for entrepreneurs to showcase their ventures and besides, workshops and seminars will be organized at the trade fair, he added.

Sharma also said that work is underway to set up two MSME parks at Hinjili in Ganjam district and Kesinga in Kalahandi district.
