PP BAGS
Polyethylene (PP) is a material that offers a combination of outstanding physical, mechanical, thermal and electrical properties not found in any other thermoplastic. Compared to low or high density Polyethylene, it has lower impact strength, but superior working temperature and tensile strength. Noted for its excellent chemical resistance in corrosive environments, polypropylene provides excellent resistance to organic solvents, degreasing agents and electrolytic attack. It is light weight, resistant to staining, and has a low moisture absorption rate.
PP is Strong, but not heavy and with a relatively high melting point for a plastic, polypropylene sees use in many commercial and specialized products. Polypropylene also has the benefits of being corrosion-resistant, nontoxic and recyclable. The plastic appears in products ranging from bags to food, clothing medical, and other applications.
HDPE BAGS
High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is a thermoplastic polymer derived from petroleum. This means it has certain mechanical properties allowing it to be used in these areas. An expected HDPE has a higher density than standard polyethylene, This means its atomic structure is much more closely packed than other substances with a lower rating, allowing HDPE to withstand higher pressures without breaking.
HDPE has hardness rating on its own is not a particularly impressive value, but combined with its tensile strength and density allows the physical structure of HDPE to remain strong when being manufactured for specific applications and during usage.
LD BAGS
Low Density Polythene (LDPE) is used in numerous applications ranging from grocery bags, protective covers for all types of merchandise to heavy duty plastic containers. Polyethylene has several desirable engineering characteristics. Polyethylene posses a crystalline structure and as such does not dissolve at room temperature. Also, polyethylene is also commonly used in situations when metallic materials are not desirable such as when corrosion due to dissimilar metals is an issue.
Given that is highly resistant to chemical caustics and solutes, polyethylene remains a durable reusable material for countless plastic formed applications.
