INFRASTRUCTURE :

The company has 7 high speed rapier looms capable of producing about 10 Lac.inches of labels/day. Labels ranging from 10mm width to 500mm width and upto 12 colours can be produced.

Labels can be cut & fold, centerfold, meterfold or manhattanfold as per your requirements. We also have a state of art laser Die cutting machine which cuts and shapes the labels in to any imaginable form.

DESIGN STUDIO :

Our design studio is equipped with 4 CAD stations with special software to design any kind of labels and is managed by team of well qualified and experienced designers.

YARN STORE :

Our color yarn stock at any given time will be 1200 shades and above enabling us to match almost all colors with ease. In case of special colors we can get it dyed exactly within 7-10 days time. We make printed labels of highest quality on FOCUS multicolor rotary machine imported from U.K. This is capable of producing about 2 lac labels per day. The ink is used for printing is also sourced from the U.K.

as local inks does not work on this machine. The printed labels are guaranteed from fading for at least 200 washes.

All our labels are subject to stringent quality checks at different levels to meet our high quality standards. Our labels are free from oil, dust and metal particles as we use micron filtered air conditioning our plant.
