SRI VARSHINI KNIT FASHION called as SVKF founded in 2012 as a partnership concern, promoted by leading technocrats of four member team, with more than 30 years rich experience in the techno commercial field of fashion fabrics and garments. The SVKF group today is a multi-Product, multi-location company, on a path of continual progress.

Knitting Division

» Fabrics are knitted aptly to give perfect look and good feel, In-house knitting division has capacity to knit 250 tons of greuge fabrics. Our knitting division is equipped with Imported Knitting machines Smart, Year China, Poylong, Mayearnsea

» And have extensive setup of computerised flat knitting machines ranging 14 gauges 16 gauges for making collars and arm bands. All the yarn are sourced from reliable, verified and trusted suppliers who adhere to the specifications laid down by the company.

Our knit fabrics includes :
• 100% cotton – single jersey, Interlock, rib, Fleece, Pique, Ottoman, Waffle,Popcorn, Yarn Dyed Auto Srtipes, Feeder stripes, Jacquard, etc.,
• Blended fabrics – Viscose, Modal, Polyester, Bamboo, Lycra, etc.,

Dyeing And Processing with Various Washes

» The State of the art machinery in Tirupur helps in achieving international finishes as per customer requirements liks Bio wash, Sillicon wash, carbon wash, Acid wash and Tiw & Die etc., It has a capability to process all kinds of knitted Fabric using azo free technology.

» Wet Slitting machines (BIANCO, ITALY), Stenters from BRUCKNER (Germany) fo all kinds of spandex fabrics to heat set & performance special finishes.

» Latest brushing, sueding and shearing machines for making best quality fleece & sueding fabrics.

» SBARAGLI- Italy Gryers and squeezers. Double dip Padding machines. Tube Tex, Ferraro & Lafer (Italy) Compactors, The processes are directed at enhancing endurance of the fabric material.

» Imported garment washing machines like automatic washers and tumbler dryers.

Rotary & Placement Print Division

» Printed apparels are always in vogue in the fashion capitals across the world with, in-house capacity of 6 Tons per day. The printing facility is equipped to execute a variety of designs and value additions like varieties of Printing Types Discharge, Reactive, Khadi (White Ink Print), Dry Discharge, Gel, Night Glow, Water Mark, Water Base Pigment, Oil Base Pigment and Cotton Burn out Print.

Placement Print division

» World best ovel performance placement screen print, Solution for large areas (Coverage), laser marker accuracy on seating, in-house capacity of 950 per hour.

» Prints-special features: quick registration for multi colour and we are specialize with Sugar print, Foil, Puff, Plastisol, Glitter, Gel, High-density, Foil with flock, Separate flock, Non pvc, Discharge print, Spray, Transfer stickers and Foam print.

Garmenting

» Our garmenting divisions are vertically integrated with latest technologies and arranged with sufficient lights, good ventilation, space and required amenities for workforce to present an effective production. Totally 250 machines available and our production capacity for basic style 100000 pieces/month, tough style are produced 50,000 pieces/month.

» Garments are finely cut with modern machinery and each fabric is accurately measured to ensure perfect fit, then cut fabrics are sewed absolutely to make fitting garments.
