We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as one of the buying agencies based in India. We have our offices in Tirupur and Karur. We act as buying and inspecting Agents for a number of Customers in & around the world. We represent foreign chains, discounts stores and importers who source a range of garments and other products.

SOURCING :
Staar Shine Clothing believes that sourcing of the right fabric and accessories from the right manufacturer is vital to the quality and price of the end product. We have a base of regular fabric and trim manufacturers and nominate the relevant manufacturer to our factories. This ensures that the quality of fabric, price of the garment and delivery of the garment is under strict control.
SOURCING OF FABRIC AND ACCESSORIES IS THE KEY TO OURSUCCES IN GETTING THE BEST QUALITY AT A COMPETITIVE PRICE AND ON TIME GARMENT DELIVERY.
We all know fabric plays an important role in the garment industry. Ensuring that the fabric is sourced from the best supplier at a competitive price ensures successful production and sustained product quality. This also minimizes rejections and ensures smooth production runs.
QUALITY :
Ensuring the quality of the products sourced by us and ordered by our clients is a very important part of our responsibilities. We have adopted the universally acclaimed system of Quality Evaluation known as the AQL (Accepted Quality evel). Based on the principles of categorizing defects as Major and minor and following the acceptability ratio of the same, this system enables our Quality Assurance Team to decide if the merchandise passes the quality norms of the client. It also helps them identify and solve the inherent technical problems faced during production of various fabrics/materials and thus to take precautionary and corrective measures at early stage.
Moreover based on the nature of the product, we ensure that they meet the technical standards - for example on all textile articles, we follow the required norms of wash fastness, dry rub/crocking, light fastness for some items, etc. Likewise for metal items of edible use, we ensure that they pass the food safety test, lead content test, etc.

Shirts : Covering the millmade 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 2/80x 2/80, 2/100x 2/100 and compact yarns. Finishes as East care / Easy to Iron and stain repellant etc.
Special Fabrics : Microfleece, Polar Fleece, Bonded Fleece, Polyster with Wicking affects.
Children : Assorted collection with woven and knits, embroidery, prints and sequins.
Night Wear Collection : Cotton, Polyester blend.
