Our Infrastructure :-
Sample Department :
» We have separate unique sample department which works independently, which includes One Designer, One Sample In charge, Two Operators, Two Framers. They are exclusively meant for Samples. We have 2 Shifts, duration of each shift is 12 hours (24 Hours).
Purchase Department :» We have separate In charge who pre plans is work in Purchasing of Threads ,Inter linings, Needles, Machine spares etc on time.
Accounts Department :
» We have experienced accounting person who looks after our internal accounts. We have unique Embroidery Accounting Software with help of this we can get all information relating to Inward, Production & Outward details instantly. On Customer request we also send E Mail to customers regarding embroidery status on daily basis.
Production Department :
» This department works for 24 hours on shift basis (Two shift & each shift runs to 12 hours).We have separate Shift In charge , Operators, Framers and Helpers for each shift. Apart from this work force we have separate Production In charge who is responsible for production planning & Quality Controller who is responsible for quality.
Checking Department :
» We have sufficient trained women folks in our checking department ,who do all trimming and checking work & they are headed by experienced Checking In Charge.
Dispatch Department :
» Our Dispatch department includes 1 Separate Dispatch In Charge and 2 Dispatch Assistants, who controls all Inward, Outward, Packing and moving to Customer place. This works helps us in control over the Quantity, safety and Quick Delivery..
Our Sister Concerns :
Laser Cutting Unit :
» We got our own Applique Laser Cutting Unit in the Name of Sri Lakshmi Lasers, Laser Cutting Machine imported from Viable Cad/Cam Technology UK (Model FB 750).
Fusing Unit :
» We got our own Foam Fusing Machine Unit in the Name of Sri Lakshmi Fusing, Fusing machine Imported from Fulantec Korea (Model FL 1600, Fusing Area width 60 Inches).
Grievance: :
