Knitting :

24gg high speed Circular Knitting Machines - 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 & 25 This machines can produce 4 track designs in single jersey fabric with lycra and without lycra.

Grey fabric can be produce 800 kg per day Computerized flat knitting machines 7-nos - 14 GG, make Kauh hang. Can produce collars of 4000pcs per day.

Dyeing & Washing :

Dyeing of fabric is carried out in soft flow machines of 250, 450 & 600 Kgs.

Washing - Silicone, enzyme washer & tumble dryer.

Embroidery & Printing :

Four Barudan Multi head embroidery machines with specification as below.
3-machines of 9 colour 18 head each with emb area - 800x400.
1-machine of 9 colour 20 head with emb area 600x300 having good printing units on contract basis.
1-Tajima Embroidery machine with two colour sequence facility.

Stitching Unit :

Stiching Unit Having 25 Overlock Machines, 10 Faltlock Machines & 25 Single needle machines.

Pattern making & Design :

It is carried out in our sample room with the help of Lectra - Plotter, Lectra digitiser, Softwear - Lectra domino & modaris. It will do pattern making, Grading & automarking.

Sales :

The Group sale is 1 - 2 Million USD during the year 2011 - 2012.

Plans For 2014 :

We are planning to install auto striper 24gg, 26 DIA Washing plants production capacity will be improved by washing plants production capacity will be improved by installing a 200 Kg garment dyeing machines. In dyeing unit the production capacity will be increased by installing a 25kg, 100 & 1000kg soft flow of protec make.
