OPEN AIR FASHIONS is established in the year of 1998 . The company was set up with the sole concept of meeting Global needs of exporting high quality, value added knitted apparels for all age groups. The company is specialized in Men's, Ladies and chìldren's wear. By implementing stringent quality procedures at every stage of production and delivering best quality merchandize, the company was very soon recognized by all the customers for its quality of merchandize. At present we possess well-equipped production units of our own comprising ISO machines. Our present in-house production capacity is around 3000 pieces (Basic) per day. We have a strong Finance background to under take any volume of merchandize at a stretch.

PRODUCTION UNIT STITCHING : Team of well trained labors, to ensure quality and neat finish, to satisfy buyer's expectations PRODUCTION UNIT CHECKING : We have a experienced team of checkers who undergo checking in three stages Initial, Middle and Final under the supervision of QAD. PRODUCTION UNIT IRONING : We always press the garments with stream iron on Vacuum tables to ensure clean look.product :

We work on all kinds of fabric viz. jersey, Interlock, Rib, Flat~back Rib, French Terry, Fleece, Pointel jersey & Rib, Engineering & feeder stripes, Bubble knit, Pique, Polar fleece, Micro Polar Fleece, Terry Fleece, Velour, Mini Jacquard, Mini Waffle, Viscose,Organic Cotton , etc.
We have experience in all process like yarn dyeing, garment washing & dyeing, tie & dye, stone wash, acid wash, enzyme wash silicone wash, marble wash, bio wash, leather finish and all types of printing (machine printing, rotary printing, table printing & discharge prints).
The metal accessories which we use in our production new era snap fasteners, rivets, eyelets, buckles, jean buttons and metal buttons, cord stoppers, plastic badges , zippers, wooden balls, etc., are always being imported from manufacturers worldwide for quality reasons.
We manufacture wide range of high fashion value added garments viz. Tee shirt, Sweat shirt, Polo shirt, Tank top Vest, Bermuda, Trouser, Skirt, night wears ,woven jackets, denim jeans, baseball caps,sun hats , Leggings, under garments and much more as per our customers specification and requirement.
