INFRASTRUCTURE :

An Ideal harmonization of skilled personnel and sophisticated machinery mark the infrastructure at Majestic Exports. We are capable of

producing more than 3 million pieces per annum of our product line.

We have established several divisions to cater each stage of the manufacturing process like :

Spinning Division :

Our spinning unit has capability of making quality yarns of various counts. We ensure the supply of consistent quality yarn to manufacture the garments. Yarn supplied from our Spinning unit conforms to standard and with zero complaint.

Knitting Division :

Our Knitting Division has flexibility to meet any requirements easily without compromising on the quality and variety. We have the latest imported German & Italy knitting machines as Mayer & cie & orzio.

Embroidery Division :

The Embroidery Division looks after unique designs and embroidery work to be done on the garments Equipped with Japanes barudan machine, this division enhances the quality and variety of the garments.

Printing Division :

The Printing Division undertakes various printing chores, which add value and look to the garments, like

Where we can make pigments prints, water based prints, plastisol, discharge etc.,

Garment Finishing Division :

Our Garment Finishing division is well equipped with facilities for checking stain moving, ironing and packing. Additionally this division also performs a final QA of all standards before packing.

Quality Control Division :

At Majestic Exports, we strive hard to uphold our policy, Excellence in Quality”. The testing is done our laboratory to keep the fabric standards of the buyers quality norms & also products are OKO TEX CERTIFIED PRODUCTS. Strict QC measures are in pace at every production phase to ensure that we are meeting the requirement of our customers. Thus the Majestic meets the quality standards. All our products are almost inspected at quality level of AQl.

Our range of children wear is available in lively colors and is printed in varied designs such as animal print, floral prints, cartoons etc. These extremely appealing and eye catching collection for both boys and girls is made from exceptionally soft and premium quality fabric. These skin friendly garments are made keeping in mind the soft and sensitive skin of children to evade skin allergies. We are doing [UV] protective garments also.
