Gee Kay Printing develops Discharge, Reactive, Disperse and pigment print using the world leader Arioli Loop ager of Italy for better results in hosiery.

We at Geekay Printing have 3 Nos of 10 colour Automatic Rotary Screen Printing machine along with 2 Nos of 10 colour Flat bed Machines for all the printing requirements of fabrics

Large repeat screens, suitable for producing full body length garments and engineered prints are also possible to be printed with the help of repeat of 1018mm, 914 mm, 820 mm & 642 mm in rotary and up to 3mts repeat in Flatbed. Laxmi Rotary's Roller Squeegee technology is absolutely equal all over the printing width and is good for discharge as well as reactive print.

The company undertakes pigment, reactive, discharge, burnout,metallic(silver, gold, jari) and disperse printing. The capacity of the Rotary Printing Unit is about 200 Tons per month and the Flat Bed is about 60 Tons per month.

A Stentering machine is used for Softner padding and Finishing Printed fabrics to produce finished knit fabric in open form, with bowing correction. Core Competences :

System and application know-how in rotary screen printing, Flat Bed Printing with different technologies.
