CBC Fashions (Asia) Private Limited is a Govt. of India recognized Export House, Manufacturing Knitted garments for global markets. Established in 2003 with a fleet of highly sophisticated machineries, hardworking, skilled and motivated work force. We are engaged in knitted garment manufacturing , sourcing and exporting to various countries in Europe and USA. Our major customers are Sergent Major, Sodirep-Belgium, Obermeyer-Germany, Aznar-Spain.
We are WRAP,SA8000, Oeko Tex 100 Class I certified organization. Customer satisfaction, Commitment and Quality are our priorities. We have dedicated team for Quality Assurance, where they work continuously on improvement of the quality of products.

Our history dates back to 1976 when we started our business in the name of M/s. Chitralaya Banian Company with a capacity of 50 machines. We had our own brand name CBC, under this name we were manufacturing and distributing garments within India. As years gone by we have grown progressively. From 1998 we started to manufacture and supply to some leading chain stores in India like Westside, Star India, Bazzar, Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop and Recently started working with Walmart India.
In 2003 we got an opportunity to enter into the global market were we have established M/s. CBC Fashions a separate division for Manufacturing of fashions knitted garments to the global market.
In 2008 the parent company M/s Chitralaya Banian Company and the Export division M/s. CBC Fashions merged in to limited company, CBC Fashions (Asia) Private Limited. Started with capacity of 50 machines now we are running with capacity of 350 machines.

infrastructure
Infrastructure is the key to success of any business, and in particular this knitwear industry where the intensity of processing is very high and to be done in time to make prompt shipments. We have 4 Units in 4 different locations, of which Our Sampling Unit, Unit -1, Fabric & Trims Sourcing, Merchandising, Quality Control, Accounts and Admin Departments function in the Head Office.
The other 3 Units are located in three different locations, 2-4 Kms away from Head Office. We have around 350 sewing machines with a work area of 70,000 Sq Ft. With this installed capacity we sew about 3, 00,000 flawless garments per month. We maintain ISO 9001:2000 Standards in all Production units for quality control and production.
Our Spinning Project named M/s.TRK Textile India Pvt Ltd., is located in Kangeyam, With 12,000 spindles and fully integrated machineries from LMW, Coimbatore and auto coner Schloforst, Germany, the product quality is outstanding through these state of art new machines. We are producing Combed Yarn in all counts from 20’s to 40’s.
Our Printing Division is CBC Unit-8. We have installed 9 chest printing machines. We are capable of printing Non PVC, Glitter, Foil, High Density, and Discharge Prints. Our Printing Production Capacity is around 6000 pcs per day.

We are capable of manufacturing 100% cotton knitted garments and other cotton blended garments for Men’s, Ladies, Children and Infants. We are well equipped to make Basic T-shirts, Polo’s, Pyjamas, Tank Tops, Short Tops, Skirts, Sleep shirts, Sleepwear and all kind of undergarments like vest, briefs, slips etc., for ladies and men. We produce knitted Top and Woven Bottom Co-ordinated Pyjama Sets for Men and Ladies. It is our particular strength to handle both Knit and Woven.
