At present our prime focus is on re-engineering the fashion industry with our high quality products. Apart from this St. Mary’s is a reputed buying and sourcing house based in Tirupur India, sourcing materials for overseas buyers from India.

Established in the year 2005, St. Mary’s is involved in supplying exclusive range of all types of garments. Further, we aim to achieve customer delights by offering quality products and services through a process of continuous innovation and adaptation with the changing market trends.

ST.MARY’S Apparel is one of the leading and largest knitted garments, woven textiles and home made textiles buying agency (global sourcing), exporter and manufacturer. We are the private limited company, family owned, located at Tirupur, India.

Mr. Susai Nathan (Joseph) is the MD of this company. He has a very good knowledge in all sections and practical experience in the garment industry for more than 18 years. Right from the yarn process up to the packing, he can calculate accurately the day to produce the finished garments.

Knitting :-
Our most sophisticated and modern knitting machines all, imported from abroad are capable of providing the most intricate knitting designs / patterns required to suit the changing trends. All machines have Lycra attachment.

Dyeing :-
Our dyeing unit is situated in the outskirts of Tirupur and has the facility of doing sample programs & bulk production having automatic lab dip machines & manual lab dip machines besides water effluent treatment plants all these facilities enable us to add new customers.

Compacting & Garment Washing :-

The dried fabric undergoes compacting and calendering to achieve desired level of shrinkage control. Our in-house lab tests the fabric and corrective actions are taken if required.

Garment washing is not just for cleaning. The washing process removes most contaminants, making the application of artwork print easier. Garment Washing enables us a pre-shrunk product.

We are specialized in Stone Wash, Enzyme Wash, Silicon Wash, Acid Wash and Garment Washing. We have our own unique technique to produce fashionable look. We turn the Garments to different by Washing.

Printing :-
We believe that printing is the art of creativity, imagination and it gives live and life to the garment. Our printing division has highly equipped machines to do various types of prints This division comprises of the following machines in-house 12 colors rotary printing, table prints, chest prints, spray prints, flock prints and all types of glitter and foil prints, Carousal printing machines, transfer printing machines for transfer prints, table printing for screen print. All types of prints such as discharge, high density, foil printing, transfers, tie and dye, etc is done. We have our own screen making unit to ensure secrecy of design and speed of work. Per Day print production capacity is 10000 pieces as like , spoil , discharge , glitter, chest print, PVC , NON PVC , Pick ment , oil & water based print , rubber print , sticker print … ETC Rotary printing , per day production capacity = 3000kg upto 12 colors WORKER & STAFFS = 50 members Area = 3 place in 40000 sq.ft TABLE PRINT >>>> 10000 PIECES PER DAY. Embroidery :-

Our embroidery unit has the latest and world's best machines from the manufactures of Barudan, Tajeema
We can handle all type of embroidery designs with applique, sequences, etc.
We have the latest Japanese embroidery machines.
Trimming machines for appliqué embroidery are also available.

Modernization at various stages has resulted in state-of-the-art production facilities.
Our stiching unit has a huge capacity of well-equipped latest computerized sewing and finishing machineries that can produce international quality finishing. Flat lock, over lock and lockstitch machines
We have the latest cad cam systems and band knife cutting machines. It allows us to cut tubular and open width fabrics automatically. By using the cad we ensure entire specification and quality required by the customer is met.
Our work systems are designed with emerging technologies that ensures the delivery of goods on time and right quality.
Our sewing department is well equipped with latest user friendly machines and well trained operators to tetch exact styling and quality .
Our finishing section has fabric suction machines, auto trimmers, steam ironing as well as tunnel ironing machines.
Our finishing dept is indulged with international quality standard systems that evident every quality aspect of finished garment is attained.
The unit has the capacity to do 1,00,000 quality pieces per month.
In addition, we have five dedicated work factories each one with similar machines as above, each one conforming to stringent quality standards.

We also produce face, hand, bath, beach towels and terry bathrobes with both carded & combed yarn in different weights ranging from 350 gsm to 600 gsm.

Our Base Fabrics: We use Grieve, Bleached, Mélange, Dyed, Space dyed and allover prints. We manufacture fabrics made of 100%, Organic cotton cotton/spandex, cotton/polyester, cotton/viscose and Blends in Jersey, Interlock, Pique, Rib, French Terry, and Milano rib, Ottoman, Fleece Brushed. , Aertex & etc…… Double jerseys like bib, Drop needles, feeder stripers, Auto & Engineered Stripes, Silglets

Fiber Compositions: 100% Cotton, cotton-polyester blended, cotton-viscose blended, 100% polyester, 100% viscose, mélange, space dyed and slub.
