With advanced processing technologies, we deliver eco-friendly products dyed with AZO-free-dyes, create samples with any number of complicated colours and ensure mass production.

We specialize in following washing techniques to produce fashioned & trendy products. Silicon wash, Enzyme wash, Heavy Garment wash, Acid Wash, Bio Polishing, Stone Wash, Golf Ball Wash, Anti Microbial Finish, UV Protection, Stiff Finish, Perlite Wash, Vintage Wash, Electrometric Finish.

Brushing :

PV Knit Fashions another state-of-the-art facility is its Brushing (raising) unit by which we produce high quality of Fleece fabrics with uniform brushing levels. Also brushing on Jersey fabrics outside & inside for a nice touch. It is accomplished through the use of advance technology and a trained team of personnel.

Finishing :

The process, which is mainly done to make the fabric suitable for its intended end use, makes it shrinkproof, softer, soil resistant, stiffer, water repellent or crease resistant, or a combination of these and many more. With our modern facilities, we make sure that the finishes are done in conformity with the buyer's specifications, eco-friendly, and easier for the end user to maintain for repeated uses.

Printing :

We do screen printing, advanced digital printing through our state-of-the-art Printing unit. Our systems are capable of delivering pigment, foam, plastic, marble, and tie-dye or reactive and discharge prints on garments

CAD / CAM :

Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) unit, begun functioning in 2005, caters to the overall innovative processes in the company. From product designs to final products, the unit helps us perform various processes with greater speed and accuracy while meeting the quality commitments.

Sewing :

Sewing, one of the largest units in the company, has the capacity to processes 1,75,000 pcs of basic T.shirt per month and deliver products at global standards. Machines imported from Europe and Far East are being used in the unit.

Finishing (Checking, Ironing, Packing) :

This in-house facility is the last check point in the garment making process. The pressing with steam irons, checking and packaging forms this division. Before sending the goods to delivery point, the garment undergoes a rigid checking process. A team of dedicated staff members make sure that each and every garment is made in compliance with the exporter's requirement.
