The Company Primarily Exports Knitwear's for Mens, Ladies and Childrens (Including Baby’s Wear) And Varaties Like T-Shirt, Polos, Pyjams And High Fashion Garments etc And We Cater Our Exports Market Basically To Scandinavia And Germany And Later Extended Its Reach To USA, Canada, Australia. With An Export Capacity Of 15,000 Dejans (1,80,000 PCS) Per Month.

Infrastructure :

Our forte is making the best knitwear perfectly in accordance with the requirements of our customers. We have concentrated more on the garmenting area and have a set up of modern garmenting units, with all imported machinery with necessary ancillary equipments.
Patterns, cutting, sewing and packing are done fully in-house under the close scrutiny of our internal quality controllers. The backward processing is done through sub-contracting with selective factories that meet our quality standards. An over view of our work process:

Knitting :

Knitting plays a key role to this business. The result, quality and the nature of the product is determined based on the knitting machines, therefore we have invested the best knitting machines of renown make. Our knitting unit is one of the role model to all other knitting houses, equipped with high ranked equipments,

Our Machine Fabrics type like, Single Jersey / Pique / Semi jacquard / Interlock / Engineering Stripps / Full Jacquard / Wraper Etc.

Collar Knitting :

Flat collar knitting machine for plain collar, SEMI JACQUARD of STOLL - GERMANY and KAUOHENG- KOREA.

The overall production capacity of 3500kg of circular knitted fabric and 5000pcs of flat knit collar.

Dyeing :

Our dyeing is done with the dyers who meet international standards, as we don’t have our own in house dyeing unit.

We use the latest soft flow dyeing machines which maintains a consistent shade through out the fabric. We keep production environment clean and hygienic. We use dyes that are free of azo-dyes, agreeable to the regulations passed against forbidden dyes in Germany.

Printing :

We use manual print tables, chest printing machines or 12 color rotary printing machines.

A variety of print decorations are possible. Types of printing done are discharge printing, water base printing, reactive printing and pigment printing.

Stiching :

For stitching of garments we have 200 machines. The over lock and flat lock machines are from Pegasus-Japan and lock stitch are from Juki-Japan. All the machines are fixed with auto thread trimming and dust collection.

The machines are also fixed with top feed which reduces the tension in seams for special stitching like Decorative stitching, Bartacking, Button hole, Buttoning etc., this is done by machine- a make of Juki - Japan.

Checking :

The finished garment is then subject to a thorough check by skilled supervisors, even the smallest defect is not overlooked.

Ironing :

As this is the final figuring of a Garment, we take maximum care. We have a experienced team of checkers who under go checking in three stages. Initial / middle & Final. There are three filters to filter the garment before it reaches the Ironing Division.

We always press the garments on stream iron on Vaccum tabels to ensure clean look, because first appearance is the best and we always think from the consumer part of view. Packing done in good export worthy carton packs to ensure clean and healthy reach till its destination.

Embroidery :

We own Knitting machines and Embroidery machines. Our Embroidery machines are imported from Barudan , Japan. Our craftsmen are with us for all these years and their expertise and skill make us unique in the embroidery market.
