KNIT FORT was established in the year of 1990 in the knitwear city of South India – Tirupur, as a fashion house for the Manufacturers and export of knit garments. Right from beginning, We aim to produce quality garments that can guarantee complete customer satisfaction. We have a very good team of professionals who create the right and high quality product that the customer requires and deliver it at the right time, supported by a good communication and technological system. Above all we are always close to the market and keep ourselves updated with right fashion, product and Hi-street requirements. The garments production unit of the company covers various supplementary factories which can turn around 1,25,000pieces in a month.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Production Specialities:-

» Our sewing is about 20,000sq.ft of floor area with 100 latest garment sewing machine, needle detectors and other sewing related machines which has been imported from major companies. The production division with modernized machines ensure a strong infrastructure enables us to meet the customer’s requirements even.

Metal Detector :

» Each and every garments are passed through needle detectors to ensure non-excestence of needle, staples and other metal objects etc… before sending it for packing.

Ironing and Packing:

» The checked garments are then finally pressed by hitech vaccum pressing machines and packed size views, color views and country views to reach the destinations on time safely.

Operations :-

Sampling :

» Our sampling department with separate 6 sewing machines and a separate sampling team works faster with care to ensure that the samples are made quicker with perfect requirement to our customers and sent on time.

LayCutting :

» Lay cutting division with Band Knife machine and other hand cutting machine can cut 8,000pcs of Basic T-Shirts per day. And we make our patterns through computerized patterns through computerized pattern making system (GGT) as per the requirement of our customers.

Printing :

» We have Own printing, which is equipped with Automatic 9 colors MHM machines, specialized for Pigment, Non PVC, Plastisol , Discharge, Flock, Gilter, Sticker prints etc.., which has a capacity to produce 5.000 impressions/day.

Knitting :

» We are capable of producing 4,000 kilograms of fabric per day. Working to meet the demands are imported machines including

Embroidery :

» Our embroidery unit has the latest and world's best machines from the manufactures of Barudan, TajIma. We can handle all type of embroidery designs with applique, sequences, etc.
