Since its inception, HallMark Fashion has grown into a strong and dynamic exporter of knitted garments in India. We stand as an "Epitome of quality" for knit wear located in Tirupur, India. Our manufacturing unit is equipped with latest technological machines and is involved in the process of adapting new trends in the global fashion arena, from the traditional garment manufacturing. We have a sophisticated infrastructure base and skilled & dedicated employees to manufacture over 200 Thousand pieces of garments per month. Over the years, we have carved a niche in the domestic and international garment sector and continue to make quality fashion proclamations across the world.

To keep abreast with latest advancement in garment industry and catered to the ever-increasing demand for quality garments, we have our own modern factory equipped with latest and advanced machineries form sewing till finishing.

Knitting Division

Many natural fabrics are used including viscose and cotton alongside Man Made Fabrics such as polyester and nylon, to form Knitting Divisions extensive range. Both spun and filament yarns are utilised in varying counts on different gauge machines.

In our knitting unit, we have 12 Circular knitting machines with the capacity of producing 4 tones of fabric per day. We also have 16 machines of Stoll Flat Collar Knitting Machine and with this we can manufacture any kind of jacquard /pointel/stripe/design collar. The raw material for the knitting division is procured from the best sources to deliver the quality product to our customers.Our fabrics range from plain single jersey in viscose and viscose with stripes, marls, slubs, linings

Dyeing Division (Dyeing & Finishing)

DYEING MACHINERY Maintaining total quality products and dyeing has been well decorated with brand: Sclavos, Fongs, Thies, Fongs, PMM etc. FINISHING MACHINERY This section has been equipped with USA & European latest machineries i.e. Calator, Ruckh, TubeTex, Dongnam, Corino, Lafer, Brauckner etc.

WASHING PLANT We have a complete washing plant equipped with Washing Machine, Hydro Extractor & Tumble Dryer made by Ngaishing, HK.

In order to meet the excessive demands of our diverse customers, we have incorporated latest machines in our fabric dyeing & finishing unit. We have tie-up with well modernized soft flow dyeing units and it helps us to deliver excellent fabrics with shades matching to Delta value 1 standards using eco-friendly dye stuffs and with zero-discharge effluent treatment plant for waste water treatment and reusing the same without polluting the environment.

Printing Division

Knit Concern has both fabric printing and garment printing facilities. It can apply pigment, Reactive and discharge printing augmented with All Over Rotary screen printing techniques for about 12tons of fabrics a day. It has a garment printing as well .Equipped with necessary machinery needed for firm to screen developments; it has the ability to print in pigment, silicon puff, Flock, Glitter, Metal Stone and Rubber techniques. It can print 1,00,000 pieces of apparel per day, per design , in up to 12 colors together.

We have industry's finest screen printing equipment, including the world's fastest automatic screen printing machine; manual t-shirt presses; gas conveyor dryers; infrared conveyor dryers; and screen printing accessories like squeegee holders & floodbars; traditional & specialty and silk screen stretching equipment.

Embroidery Division

Our Embroidery Division produces top quality embroidery design with multi-head and single head machines. Our embroidery unit is equipped with 4 "tajima" embroidery machines with 2 colour sequence attached to it. Our embroidery team works together, ensuring each garment is perfect.

Knit Concern has 11 fully computerized multi-head automatic embroidery machines from TAJIMA, Japan, to offer about 40 Million stitches of quality embellishments a day.Superfine, a professionally managed company with fully trained staff and technicians cater to all the needs like Design punching , Sampling and production in computer embroidery products.

Sampling Department

As this department needs more sensitivity, it has been put up empowered with highly skilled professionals as pattern designer, sampling coordinators headed by efficient Manager. We forecast on the latest trends in creating our own styles also. All requirements of sampling requests can be met within 20-25 days.

Exports has an in house sampling unit which is well equipped with the ability to process multiple delivery on the right time with the best quality.This department is responsible for converting technical files into fabric patterns. Technical files serve as the blueprints for the actual designs.

Our well-trained technicians also enable us to make prototypes instantaneously. At this stage we explore all possible impediments so that we can produce in bulk without any difficulty.

We have a separate sampling department equipped with experienced pattern designer and skilled tailors. All our sewing machines are well advanced and modernized to meet the ever growing demands of our customers and without disturbing the production line.
