We have all type of Departments like knitting, Processing, Printing, Sampling, and Manufacturing, Quality control department, Finance and shipping department.
KNITTING DIVISION
Fabric is the face value of the garment and it defines how it is made off. We take extra care on fabric quality in knitting division to ensure high quality standards with our latest knitting machines from the world’s best manufactures. We can do all types of knitted fabrics as per our customer’s specification and style, which includes single Jersey, Interlock, French Terry, and all types of ribs, Jacquard designs, Loop Knit, Fleece, Blended and Auto Stripes etc...
PROCESSING DIVISION
Our own processing are done by our soft flow dyeing unit ESS PEE KNITWEAR which has been installed in highly sophisticate dyeing plants to ensure international quality standard fabrics. We follow reactive AZO free processing method. The processing work is done through dedicated job workers including compacting, etc... Our per day production capacity tunes to 3 tones.
PACKAGING DIVISION
Our own manufacturing unit ESS PEE PACKAGING we have the specialized techniques required for the production of all kind of boxes in sizes and thickness as required by the clients. Our total production capacity tunes to 3000 cartons per day.
PRINTING DIVISION
Our own printing unit has well equipped machineries like circular printing machine, Table printing and Fusing machines to make our prints like Plastisol, Rubber prints, Water based prints, Puff prints, High density prints, Foil prints & Reactive prints.
SAMPLING DIVISION
Independent, fully equipped and dedicated sampling unit for sampling as per customers’ specification and style by well qualified and experienced technicians.
QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT
Our in-house Quality Department is well set with qualified experienced dedicated team, which will monitor various stages during the production to ensure “Zero Defect”. All garments are being tested thoroughly and checked by our quality assurance team before it gets packed.
