Welcome to the ESSAR INC which has been established in the year 2001. Our concern plays a key role in the development of Apparel Industry in Tirupur. We are experienced 35 years in the garment business and over the last 25 years we have been exporting to most of the Foreign countries such as FRANCE, BELGIUM, UK, SPAIN, AND USA.
» We produce lot of High Fashion wears for Kids, Babies, Ladies, Men's, Girls, Boys Exclusive Pyjama & T-shirts.
» Our Company is having a vertical setup as well experienced personnel in all levels of operations to meet buyer requirements in time. We have a good production capacity to the tune of 5,000 Pcs per day.
» To deliver quality products in right time to make our customer delights is our motto. Our good organizational structure is the key for our success and which keeps us growing in the competitive world. Within our business knitting, dyeing, Compacting, cutting, sewing, checking and Packing all happen in the company's facilities in Tirupur.

CUTTING MACHINES : 3 » Cutting is the main phase in garment making. A Garment can’t be made without cutting. In our firm cutting is done by the persons who are perfectly skilled and keeping in mind the FASHION FITS. We have modern hand cutter and pattern cutting machines. |

STICHING MACHINES : 75 » For Stitching of Garments we have 75 machines. We use only imported branded machine, Our total Production Capacity is 5,000 pcs per day. |

PACKING » We buy our Packing Materials from leading suppliers and professional providers to Garment Exporters. We use only corrugated Carton boxes for packing. We have a Bar tag Machine specially designed for Garment field. TABLES : 7 |
