With the help of these machines, we have been able to offer quality assured products to the customers. Moreover, these machines are upgraded on a regular basis, which helps us in maintaining excellent rate of production.

Moreover, our manufacturing unit is installed with various high-tech machines that help in complete utilization of the resources.

Production Machine: We have 3 Barudan and two Tajima 20 head embroideries with sequence attaching option also.
Embroidery Machine: The best embroidery machine that could deliver any tough embroidery on heavier fabrics with case.
Embroidery Machine for Sequence & Beading: 2 Tajima 20 heads with sequence and beading options.
Chenille Embroidery
Sequencing Machine: Another sequencing machine with a Barudan.
Printing Work: Offers excellent variety of photo transfer prints, foil print and fusing work.
8 Color Multi Head Printing Machine: It meets all the in-house product with design and development services.
Sewing Machine: 100 seat garment sewing division consist of latest sewing machinery operate by a loyal workforce with high skills and long experience.
Checking Section: 100 percent inspection is carried out on all manufactured garments as per international quality standards. Successful shipment results in successful and successive sales and we at Cottons Comfort know this well.
Ironing : We employ steam iron pressing on vacuum tables and packaging as per buyer requirements. All the apparel buyers are invited to visit our factory and buy the latest trends garments in least prices.
Sampling Section: Our 24 hour sampling section turns out new products as per global fashion trends. We also develop your sketches quickly. Style n fit, Size Set Samples, New developments are immediately provided by talented craftsman of our sample section.
