CENTRAL FABRIC STORE

Fabric received from various parts of the world are stored in our centralized fabric stores. Here our quality assurance team applies global inspections standards that verify the composition and construction details of the fabrics. Shrinkage and color fastness parameters are carefully adhered.

PATTERNING & SAMPLING DEPARTMENT

The technical files which are the blueprints for the actual design are converted into pattern by an efficient team of professionals. Our well trained technicians enable us to make prototype samples with in a short span of times. Further we explore all possible complications at this stage which enable us to produce the goods in bulk without any difficulty.

STORES DEPARTMENT

Stores is a keen department with all the accessories are kept with Bin Card Identification Buyer wise , in perfect & appropriate manner which facilitates easy supply of materials to Production and other relative departments at its needs.

CUTTING DEPARTMENT

The fit, form and finish of the product depends on how the garments to cut accurately, our skilled workforce works with great care to avoid defects in pieces to sent to the sewing line believing in the policy of “ first time – right time “.

SEWING DEPARTMENT

We have state of the art imported sewing machine and a wide range of specialized machinery to ensure that only the best is churned out. We are capable of producing more then 350,000 pieces a month in our sewing unit.

CHECKING DEPARTMENT

The technical files which are the blueprints for the actual design are converted into pattern by an efficient team of professionals. All garment are subjected a to meticulous inspection by our well trained checkers and quality controllers. At no stage a defective garment is allowed to reach the customer.

FINISHING DEPARTMENT

All goods to be packed with Airport system and also ironed and presented as per the customer’s instructions. This is carried out with state of the art steam ironing vaccum tables.
