We are Anugraha Fashion, a high quality vertically integrated garment manufacturer based in the knitwear capital of South India - Tirupur. Incorporated in 1988 and our core skills are manufacturing & exporting of knitted garments.

Our manufacturing process has been vertically integrated to facilitate all the processes involved in Garment Manufacture under one roof. We have our manufacturing facilities spread in four locations - consisting of Spinning, Knitting, Processing and Garmenting divisions, making us a totally integrated manufacturer from fibre to fashion garment.

Apart from a large fabric production capacity in-house, being an export oriented garmenting division enables us to import various kinds of fabrics from the best fabric makers all over the world as per the needs and nominations of our customers.

infrastructure

The efforts of over 1800 technical personnel and the strength of our integrated infrastructure are instrumental in facilitating a production capacity of 30000 pieces of basic wear and 15000 pieces of fashion wear on a daily basis.

To constantly update our technology and our skill sets to cater to the ever changing needs of the apparel and textile industry.

Spinning :

Our spinning mill was established in the year 2006 with a capacity of 18000 spindles that enable us to produce 10000 Kg of combed & carded cotton yarn in a day. Our spinning division is equipped with a series of world-class LMW machines in every stage followed by Schlafhorst auto coner from Germany as a final touch. Compact and GOTS certified Organic cotton yarn production is our special strength and our regular making counts are 24s, 30s, 34s and 40s.

Knitting :

Our knitting division is equipped with Mayer & Cie (Germany) and Pailung (Thaiwan) machines that enable us to produce 8000 Kg of knitted fabric in a day. Open Width lycra fabric and GOTS certified organic cotton knitting is our prime strength along with other type of regular fabrics production like Interlock, Rib, Mini Jacquard, Rib Jacquard, Fleece, Pique, etc.

Processing :

Our Processing division is known for “ Exclusive Open Width Processing “ where we have the setup of state of art machinery from the Color Laboratory to Finishing. We have a strong belief in RIGHT FIRST TIME dyeing with the set up with world class Datacolor & Mathis instruments – Thies & Kromsan low liquor soft flow dyeing machines with a bulk dispensing system from Colorservice (Italy) – 8 Chamber Twin Air Motex Stenter for the final feather touch finishing. The usage of international standard of dyes & chemicals through out the cycle enable us to get certified by OKEO Tex and the additional advantage of systematic working helped us to get through GOTS certification for Organic cotton processing. We have a full fledged ETP, Reverse Osmosis and Evaporator system to make us 100% eco friendly on environmental front.

Garmenting :

Our state-of-art garmenting division comprises the most contemporary machines from all over the world, enabling the streamlined production of quality garments. We have the latest Lectra Cutting machines for high-end precision cutting. The combination of adroit personnel and advanced machines brings perfection in sewing.

Value Additions :

We have in-house Printing & Embroidery setup to impart the requisite value additions to enhance the look and feel of the garments. For intricate embellishments, we have the Happy & Barudan machines for embroidering the garments up to 10 colours.

Checking :

Checking As part of our rigorous quality control exercise, a final round of inspection is meticulously carried out to ensure the quality of the garments. Sophisticated needle detector machines ensure that the products are metal-free.

Ironing :

We have a sophisticated steam-pressing division wherein the garments are carefully ironed. It is ensured that the garments are free from wrinkles and have a smooth & tidy finish.

Packing :

After the garments are steam-pressed, they are made ready for dispatch. Our packaging department employs various types of packing techniques that are attractive as well as functional. We carry out in-house stuffing to make sure that the products are safe during transit to the clients’ end. The products are stored and ready to be shipped.

The categories consist of High-Fashion, Casuals, Semi-Formal and Formalwear, Sportswear, Nightwear, Beachwear and Swimwear.
