The Quality of Garments is decided during the phase of knitting. We are equipped to provide the same quality through-out the year as per clients specifications. Our knitting unit is powered by hi-tech/imported machines with experienced/skilled personnel.
The fabric meant for VIGA KNIT CREATIONS is dyed according to the color requirements with the standard dyes as environmental friendly azo free. We use imported ht/hp soft flow machines to avoid color fastness problems, to avoid any patches and fabric feel, the dyed fabrics gets its own structure and feel after dyeing and finishing.
The Garment was is a new technology in the garment trade. Normally washing mean cleaning something. But in the garment trade, only cleaning of garments is not the garment wash. Garment washing is a technology which is applied to change or modify the outlook, appearance, comfortability and design of garments.
Cutting of a dress is an important factor as it determines the fit of knitwear or any other clothes wear. Our cutting is done 'perfectly', keeping in mind the latest fashion fits. Our exclusive fits are ready to adorn the deserving on and off the ramp.
We use azo free dyes to print our garments. We are able to handle different printing requiremens as follow pigment print, platisol, foil, flock, foam, glitter, spray effect, high build, gel, photo print, discharge print and extra.
Embroidery is prepared according to the design, using of lurex yarn, polyster, cotton yarn and rayon to maintain the quality with using computerized barudan machines to achieve the quality & time delivery.
For Stitching of garments we have 200 machines. The over lock and flat lock machines are from pegasus / siruba and lock stitch are from Juki-Japan. All the machines are fixed with auto thread trimming and dust collection.
The finished garment is then subject to a thorough check by skilled supervisors, even the smaller defect is not overlooked.
We have strong welded construction and assured ironing shine along with convenience of use are the highlighting attributes of vacuum ironing tables.
We have packing department designed to suite all garments and the packing according to the buyer requirement.
