Infrastructure

 At SV KNIT FASHION, we devote our efforts to cross thresholds constantly and thereby launch the company into entirely new levels that will allow it to be in the league of big players. The state of the  art machinery has empowered the company to the rising expectation  and growing demands of our buyers Yarn We have excellent network of sourcing quality yarn from the spinning mill.

Knitting

We have full range of knitting machine arrangements; any kind of design fabrics can be knitted.

Dyeing

Multifunction machine with capacity which is used for EMBOSING, DYECUT, NON PVC, MOTIF, LOCK, STONE FIXING, HD MOTIF, DISCHARGE, REACTIVE, TRANSFER, FOIL Moreover all the garments are strengthened using imported felts and accessories like button and fabric.

Embroidery

The embroidery unit situated in an area of 1500 sq.ft. It is completely air conditioned to deliver unmatched quality. The 20 head Barudan 9-colour advanced embroidery machines 3 machines wish With greter width installed here are imported from Japan. This execution of Knitted and woven fabrics In all colours.

Finishing

The compacting unit is equipped with an advanced Technology such as the modern version of LAFER ITALY compacting machines (1.no), TUBE TEX compacting machine (1 no) and LAFER SUEDING (CORBONIZED) Machine (1 no),with a processing capacity of 15 tons per day and ultra soft technology, scaling machines.

Garmenting

Precision is the logo of our garmenting unit. We have range of machines imported from Japan for stitching, cutting and finishing. We have experienced Skilled person with a wealth of knowledge that help them to provide fabric with very wastage,. Our supervisors see it that the end producers are checked thoroughly, so that there is no error in production, before they are packed to delivery. We have a capacity of producing 5000pcs per day for a basic style.
