We are specialized in providing testing, Calibration and inspection services for Manufacturing Division.
RR Lab provides services in the following Service Sectors- Care Labelling Recommendation.
- Colour Fastness tests as per.
- ISO/AATCC/ASTM/CAN/DIN standard test methods. The range of tests include Colour fastness to: Washing, Laundering, Rubbing/Crocking, Perspiration, Water, Sea water, Hot pressing, Dry cleaning, Water spotting, Acid spotting, Alkaline spotting, Solvent spotting, Non chlorine bleaching, Saliva & Perspiration.
- Dimensional stability and related tests, Spirality/Skewing of fabrics & garments, Appearance after laundering.
- Construction Analysis:
Yarn count, Yarn twist per inch, Fabric weight, Threads per unit length, Stitch density, Cover factor, Fabric width.. etc - Fibre Composition: Analysis of yarn, fabric, garment.
- Formaldehyde content, PH value.
- Other performance tests like resistance to pilling, bursting strength, Seam performance, snap pull test etc.

Textile Testing Services
We have testing facilities in our lab to do tests for TEXTILES as per AATCC; ISO; BS; EN; DIN; CAN; AS; BIS Standards / Methods.
Calibration
We offer expert Instrument calibration & Repair services for all types of Textile testing instruments. Our calibration team works to have your equipment analyzed and calibrated with the highest standards available in our state of the art facility. We take pride in our precise and meticulous calibration and related services.
Project Work
We undertake a lot of variety of projects that are very knowledgeable, interesting and motivate students to learn further in textile field with our experience and skilled team, we can assist students doing their project work. We guide students in every step of their project work. We are always dedicated towards students’ project work.
Training with regard to testing and Quality
We offer training programme for people who work in Textile industries, students from Institutions. Courses tailored to specific requirements in Textile Testing, inspection, and allied services like costing, programming, enhancing communication skills etc. Training programme is given either in your own premises or at our office. Training programme can be offered at in our office or at your premises whichever is favourable for the organization.
Mistake Analysis
We offer specialized services in defect analysis. We analyze defects like holes in fabric, Dyeing related problems, Dia and Gauge Analysis and give remedies for all of the defects.
In-house lab setup:
We provide consultancy services for setting up in house lab for garment export units and supply of chemicals, testing equipments and lab handling training are our specialized services.
