ayavarma Textiles (P) Ltd. is engaged in the manufacture of 100% Cotton yarn both semi and combed for both Knitting & Weaving. This spinning unit was started in the year 1997 as the group's spinning.

J.V. Overseas is engaged in the manufacture of knitted garments and has a presence both in the domestic markets. The company has been able to carve a niche for itself in the textile industry.
J.V. DYEING & PRINTING
The processing division is equipped with the latest soft flow dyeing machines with a capacity of 4 tonnes / day. The high-end soft flow machines with drier from Essico, Italy is also available, capable of churning out 4 tonnes.
