                  | Entry-level-recruitment
 • Recruitment 
                      at the entry level is normally as Management 
                      Trainees (MTs) who are normally post graduates 
                      in Management or Executive Trainees (ETs) 
                      who are normally graduates from various disciplines. 
                      This is done usually once a year; matching 
                      with the academic session of the universities 
                      and other institutes. 
 •  Management Trainees are recruited from reputed 
                      institutes after which they undergo an orientation 
                      programme at different business divisions. 
                      They are then trained in different departments 
                      in a structured manner for a period of one 
                      year. After a year, based on their evaluation, 
                      they are considered for absorption into the 
                      organization.
