Our spinning mill is well equipped with state- of – the- art machineries manufactured by LMW - India, Rieter - Switzerland. High quality cotton is purchased from the market from farmers society and the cotton goes into various processes for conversion into yarn. Our special features in Spinning is producing organic cotton yarn in various counts & our spinning is certified for GOTS, Fair Trade and EU Flower Standards.
We are well equipped with advanced and high speed circular knitting machine and flat knit machine. In our circular knitting machine we are able to do both grey and yarn dyed to meet the requirements of our valued customers.For woven fabrics our supply chain is equipped with sophisticated Auto Looms for making plain, dobby and jacquard weaves.The Knitting Unit has imported sophisticated high- speed circular knitting machines, which can knit a full range from jersey to several advanced designs. An imported flat knitting machine produces quality knitted collar material.
Soft flow machines are used for the bleaching and color dyeing of knitted cloth. Eco- Friendly Dyes and GOTS approved chemicals are used. A balloon – padding machine is used to extract water. To make the process quicker, a relax drier is also available. Macbeth system is used for color matching. The effluent is treated in ETP and RO unit for ensuring cleaner environment.
This division takes care of the requirements of printing on knitted fabric as well as garments. The printing can be done in a number of colors, qualities and various effects as per buyer’s specifications.Standard dyes are used in printing. Eco friendly dyes OEKO – Tex 100 and GOTS certified are also used.Curing and fusing are done for ensuring better fixisation on the garment and to remove the unwanted odour on the garment.
We have automatic high speed Japanese Barudan Embroidery machines capable of making any kind of color embroidery appliqué and badges.
The production line at the factory is installed with all types of imported sewing machines. A centralised cutting unit ensures speed and consistent quality and includes auto fabric spreading table and band knife cutting. A seperate division for woven and home textiles has full fledged facilites to amhufacture a wide range of products to meet international standard.The products manufactured includes Knitted garments and Home textiles. Armstong Knitting Mills does pre -final and final inspections as per international quality standards.
The quality assurance department comprises of quality control lab and the quality inspection team.
