We ALAGENDIRA EXPORTS would like to introduce ourselves as a well-established Manufacture & Exporter of different type of knitted garments, for adults, and children’s. We have been catering to the needs of garments importers in Europe, the Middle East, USA, & Canada.

Our Company ALAGENDIRA EXPORTS is located at Tirupur, in India. A place that has for centuries been perceived as the land renowned for its knitwear business, moreover it is located close to the airport and all major south Indian sea ports Which make our transportations easier.

INFRASTRUCTURE

KNITTING

We use imported knitting machine like Mayer & Cie, Pailung, Smart etc., 50 Tones Production capacity monthly.

SOFT FLOW DYEING

Imported Soft Flow Dyeing Machines, which can provide richness to the garment due to even dyeing. We can offer a wide variety of finishes Stone Wash, Enzyme wash, Tinting, Sand Blasting, Whiskering and coatings. We can also carry out garment over dyeing at the washing stage.

COMPACTING

Technically advanced machinary to bring up a high level of dimensional stability and enhanced quality. Designed for ease of Operation and maintenance.

LAY-CUTTING

EMBROIDERY

State of the Art Embroidery Machines from Tajima. 9 Color 20 head with a capacity of over 15,000 pieces a day.
We can offer very intricate embroideries as desired by the buyers. We use completely automated embroidery machines to achieve high level of bulk accuracy. We also have facility to provide hand embroideries for complicated patterns.
5000 PCS/DAY Production capacity monthly.

PRINTING

Chest Printing Machines with 10,000 pieces a day. To print upto 12 colours chest printing with Non PVC also.

All type of Prints Like Plastisol prints, Foil prints, Flock prints, High density prints, Gel prints, Matt prints are made inhouse which gives the Value addition in the garments.

STITCHING

State of the Art sewing Machineries from PEGASUS, BROTHER, JUKI, SUNRISE, BHARTH.

Cut panels are sewn together by experienced workers. Extreme care and precision are exercised to match the buyer's required specifications.

CHECKING

Inspection/Finishing Unit independent of production to ensure the Quality and Specifications of Buyers are met.

IRONING

Stream Ironing the Finished products to packing quickly. Garments are steam processed to remove any wrinkles.

PACKING

They are packed neatly in the designated packs and placed inside the carton or hanger racks for dispatch. packing the Finished Products for shipment.
