  • Lead time is directly proportional to Profit.
  • Lead time determines the turnover of the company.
  • In turn the turn over reflects the overhead.
  • Overhead leads to Growth of the company in sustainable way.
  • Growth will happen only when monitoring happens in all process on daily basis.
  • Monitoring with real time data will help us to find out the root cause of the issues.
  • Once the root cause for the issues are clear then corrective actions and continual monitoring of the rectification part need to follow
  • Our Lead time for orders is 45 to 60 days according to style & Yarn
  • Maximum we take 90 days for order to ship. Data analysis below

  • The accountability in each process need to have two ends...opening and closing.
  • It is our responsibility to communicate with all the concerns to have a clear accountability which needs to be closed by authorised persons.
  • The result of the accountability lies in finding out the difference between the Pre budget and Post budget

Traceability

  • Traceability in our textile field is nothing but Time and Action (T&A) plan.
  • T&A planning is not the responsibility on one department to freeze it, this is a collective decision taken by all the department HOD’s.
  • T&A need to depend upon the bench mark of our concern in that particular process and need to be achievable.
  • The deviations in T&A need to be addressed on daily basis and Top management plays a vital role in this segment.
