Our knitting plants, with Circular & Flat Knitting machines imported from Europe and Asia knit a varieties of fabrics – Jersey, Rib, Interlock, Pique, Feeder & Auto Stripes, Jacquards, with Lycra, flat knit collars, waffle, Fleece in all gauge and feeders. The entire fabric produce in house is suitable enough capacity to meet our requirement. We are capable of producing all kind of speciality fabrics.
This unit, situated at Kasipalayam, Tirupur, with advanced machinery from Thies, Germany as well as HTHP machines for polyester dyeing, winch dyeing, Soft flow machines, drying machines,.etc. Our Reverse Osmosis feed tank plant recycles discharged water so as to make it suitable for irrigation, thereby testifying to our eco-friendly operations.
We have hi-tech imported compacting machines from USA & Italy for both open-width and tubular fabrics. Taiwanese raising machines enable brushing on all varieties of fabrics. Our sueding division has machines imported from Italy. Our in-house washing units feature recyclable water and multiple wash options like silicon / stone and enzyme, bio-polish, etc.
Stenter is a machine or apparatus for stretching or stentering fabrics. The purpose of the stenter machine is to bringing the length and width to pre determine dimensions and also for heat setting and it is used for applying finishing chemicals and also shade variation is adjusted. The main function of the stenter is to stretch the fabric widthwise and to recover the uniform width.
After stentering we can increase the width of the fabric up to 1.5-2 inch.The speed of the machine is about 7-150 m/min.3 meters fabric can run in each chamber.temperature is adjusted that according to the fabric blend.
Our trendy print designs are capable of creating impressive impressions. To offer a complete range of print options, we have installed state-of-the-art placement printing machines. These machines facilitate various types of prints. The prints include reactive, discharge, pigment, plastisol, high density, flock, rubber etc.
Enabling intricacy of design, our embroidery division is housed with 5 imported machines from Germany, China & Japan. Equipped with 98 heads, these machines are capable of delivering nearly 3.1 million stitches per day.
We are facilitated with robust infrastructure which is well equipped with ultra-modern production techniques and machines based on latest technology. To execute various production activities efficiently, we have segregated our infrastructure into separate units. Each Line is allocated with experienced tailors, on line checkers, helpers and line QC to have a smooth flow of production. They constantly strive to keep up the required quality standards given.
The last stage before despatch, packing is done with the utmost meticulousness. In-house stuffing is carried out with great care. From expert packing to safe dispatch and delivery, the highest standards are complied with.
