ABOUT SUNFINE GARMENTS

Sunfine Garments established in the year 1993 with basic Apparels production unit which inflated into a major concern that deals with all varieties of Outer Garments, Inner Garments and Home Textiles . Company is located in Tirupur called as ‘Knit City’ of India where thousands of branded Companies like Lee, Wrangler, Reebok etc., manufacture their Clothing's here.

We started with a zeal and determination to redefine fashion in the Industry. Since we have a team of Fashion Intelligence, new styles are implemented in upcoming fashion trends.

Our Venture is a Whole-Integrated Unit equipped right from High Quality Yarn to Garment (End-Product) that perfects us in quality in all aspects.

MANUFACTURING DIVISION

Sunfine Garments, an Integrated Unit has immense capacity of manufacturing High Quality Products and deliver it on time since it enhanced with Backward Integration as well i.e., ‘RING SPINNING’ produces High Quality Yarn needed for Apparel Production. In-house facilities of Advanced Circular Knitting Machines- MAYER & CIE . High Quality Sewing Machines like Brother, Juki etc., that helps in making better and finest product as per buyer’s request.

Unit has the capacity of Manufacturing minimum of 3,00,000 pcs per month since we are equipped with complete process and around 175 Sewing Machines in-house. Moreover to avoid the labour problems we have our five sub-units around the city. Hence the quantity will not be a problem for us to meet the deliveries.

OUR INTEGRATED UNIT

Sunfine Garments recently in 2014 stepped into Backward Integration by starting its own Yarn Ring-Spinning Unit ‘JAYAVENKATALASHMI TEXTILES (P) LTD’ in an area of 3.7 acres of land and 8000 Spindlage Capacity. Equipped with latest RIETER Ring frames, TRUTZSCHLER Blowroom, LC300A Carding, AC6 Schlafhorst Autoconer. The Unit been formulated for controlling overhead cost and manufacturing the best quality products on time.

Different Varieties of Hosiery Yarn Counts are manufactured based on the orders. Lot more machines are being Installed for recent updates.
