STATUS KNITS is one of the leading, well-established manufacturer and exporter of knitted Garments. We are Located in Tirupur, the knitwear hub of India. We have been in this industry for about ten years and have been accorded as Government Recognized Export House. We have been servicing our overseas customers, with a dedicated team of professionals to satisfy them with quality, competitive price and timely delivery.
We have all the required facilities and wherewithal for the manufacture of knitted garments of different styles and fabrics, from the stage of yarn to final finished products.
We have two factories equipped with well-advanced machineries and state of the art facilities. A thoughtful layout of machineries and
process help the smooth flow of the production with minimum handling, The machineries include, band knife cutting machines, advanced sewing machines of Overlock, Flatlock, Single needle, Vacuum steam ironing, Stain removers, Needle detector, etc.
Going for the advanced machineries helps us to get a defect free process in each stages of production. We are keeping invested in latest machineries continuously in our production where ever it required. With the current facilities and machineries we are able churn out around 6000 pcs/day.
We have our printing unit equipped with the latest advanced MHM Austria automatic printing machines. With this advanced machine we
are able to get excellent quality of printing and registration. We are using high quality branded inks only as per the 'Okey Tex' standard.
We can handle different kinds of prints like Pigments, Photo print, Transfers, High Density, Foil, Glitters, Discharge and sublimations etc.
In our embroidery division we have four Tajima & Barudan embroidery machines, to cater our customers for their embroidery requirements. As we are having renounced brands of embroidery machines, we are assured of getting perfect finishing in the embroidery works. We can provide any type of embroidery like Applique, Sequence, Chenille, Bore etc.,

Our Sampling Department has been handled by experienced, skilled professional technicians, with vast knowledge of patterning, styling, and sewing. Our sampling Dept. has been equipped with CAD-CAM, pattern marker and pattern cutter. So we are able to satisfy our customers by delivering the right sample at required time.
Our Merchandising Department has been handled by experienced people, with thorough knowledge of garmenting. And they will ensure that customers are kept informed for all their requirements like Sampling, Pricing, approvals, order status reporting, shipment details etc in every stages of order process.
In Our Quality Control Department, we have well experienced set of quality inspectors, to monitor the Quality of product in all stages. We adhere to a strict Quality procedure and has been followed in every stages of production process to ensure the final product is defect free and is in conformity with the requirements of the customer. Physical and Chemical testing's has been carried out to check for conformity for fabric weight, Shrinkage, Fastness, Stability, etc.,
Our factories are maintained and run as per the standards required by law to ensure the safety for the workers and environment friendly. We have been certified for SA 8000, SEDEX & DISNEY.
Fabrics
We mainly work with fabrics like Jersey, Interlocks, Ribs, Terry, French Terry, Piques, Auto striped and Velour etc. We use fabrics of Cotton and Cotton blends with polyester, Viscose and Lycra. We also specialized in fabric process likes Yarn Dyed, All Over Printed, Tie & Dye and different kind of wash effects like Stone wash, Acid washes, Enzyme washes etc.,
