Sky Cotex India Private Limited – Spinning Division is a part of the Sky Group of Companies based at Tirupur, Tamilnadu, India. We can supply 100% Cotton Yarn with consistent quality combined with prompt delivery.

Infrastructure

Sky Cotex lndia Private Limited. Spinning Division was set up in the year 2012 with installed capacity of 27600 spindles. We are always looking for an opportunity to upgrade our system and technology. We have state of the art machineries from Spinning to Sewing to manufacture high quality textile products.

Spinning

Our spinning mill incorporates most modern machines from Rieter, Trutzschler, LMW and Muratec capable to produce 6000 tonnes of yarn / annum.


Weaving Preparatory

Our Warping and Sizing facility is capable to size 5 million kg of yarn / annum


Weaving

Our Weaving facility consists of production capacity for Sulzer loom 15 million meters / annum


Sewing

Sewing facility of our company incorporates latest Juki, Eastman, Pegasus, Yamato and Siruba sewing machines.


Testing

Our Testing laboratory equipped with sophisticated instruments to ensure consistent product quality.
