PROCESSING


Dyeing is the process of adding color to textile products like fibers, yarns, and fabrics. Dyeing is normally done in a special solution containing dyes and particular chemical material. After dyeing, dye molecules have uncut chemical bond with fiber molecules. The temperature and time controlling are two key factors in dyeing. There are mainly two classes of dye, natural and man-made. Different classes of dyes are used for different types of fiber and at different stages of the textile production process, from loose fibers through yarn and cloth to completed garments.

Depending on customers’ specifications, fabrics are processed by various specialised methods to give them the desired finishing and texture. For example, fabrics with different appearances can by napping machines, cutting machines, polishing machines and brushing machines respectively..


WATER & OIL REPELLENCY

Water / oil repellant finishes can provide durable liquid repellency {Water and Oil} without compromising the natural feel of cotton.The development of these finishes has taken place in response to the consumers growing need for fabrics.

BIO WASH

Bio-washing is neutral stable cellulase,These enzymes are produced from humicola isolans which cause controlled super ficial attack on the fiber leading to decolourisation without bringing about excessive loss in fabric strength.

SILICON FINISH

Silicone finishes for textiles offer durable soft finish to cotton and its blended fabrics apart from offering aesthetic features. The performance of a silicone finish varies depending upon the functionality and molecular weight.

SOIL RELEASE FINISH

Soil release finishes can be found on many industrial or service garments. A soil release finish can help prevent different liquids and powders from soaking into the fabric.This makes cleaning the garment a lot easier.



UV PROTECTION

UPF is a rating generally used for clothing and other fabrics thatprotect you from the sun. It measures the amount of UVA and UVB radiation that penetrates the fabric and reaches the skin.

MOISTER MANAGEMENT

The optimization of comfort level by varying the process parameters of moisture management finish in order to achieve suitability for making sportswear was also done. Based on the test results, Microdenier polyester fabrics.

ANTI PILLING

Pilling in fabrics is the tendancy of any synthetic spun yarn fabrics. These fabrics tend to use threads which are shorter than natural materials, this alows the threads to be pulled up to the surface of the fabric when rubbing the fabric.

Oeko-Tex Standard 100 is an independent testing and certification system for textile products from all stages of production (fibres, yarns, fabrics, ready-to-use end products, including accessories).

ANTIMICROBIAL

Antimicrobial products that are easily applied to any surface or fabric. Water-based, non-toxic antimicrobial products are used to minimize the presence of harmful microbial contaminants.
