The final product is inspected by a quality team which is aptly trained and ensures product standards are maintained as per AQL 2.5/4 or as specified by client.

Our production unit is SEDEX, PRIMAKR and DISNEY approved and is equipped with advanced machinery and state of the art facilities. A thoughful layout of modern specialized machinery on a working area of 30,000 square feet help us churn out 100,000 pieces per month.
Computerised UBT machines, Button machines, Button hole machines, and pintuck-stitch machines are used to achieve quality as well as quantity. The unit is also equipped with pneumatic Snap Button machines, spot removing units, and fusing machines. All these irtues give us the flexibility to deploy enough resourcec and execute orders without any constraints. Additionally, the unit is laid our as per compliance requriements of international standards. The floor is equipped with fire fighting equipments and has enough passage and entilation facility.
We mainly deal in 100% cotton knitted as well as fabric like jersey, French Terry, Polyyester, Jacquards, Poplin, Cambric, Voiles, twills, corduroy and denim, and cotton blends like cotton elastane, cotton polyester. And we also specialize in y/d, prints and solids. Eery fabric is tested by international or nominated laboratories like SGS before start of Production. If required we import fabrics from China and Indonesia.
