Knitform Exims, was established in the year of 2004 in the knitwear city of south India - tirupur, as a fashion house for the manufacturers and export of knit garments. Right from beginning, we aim to produce garments that can guarantee complete customer satisfaction. We have a very good team of professionals who create the right and high quality product that the customer requires and deliver at the right time, supported by a good communication and technological system. Above we are always close to the market and keep ourselves updated with right fashion, product and hi-street requirements. The garments production unit of the company cover various supplementary factories which can turn around 1,00,000/pieces in a month.

The company has tie-up with a established network of approved and nominated vendors for knitting and dyeing. Quality controls and standards are maintained and monitored by the company and conform to global norms. The dyeing unit have stringent compilance to environment norms and work towards worker welfare.
We have own printing which is approved with Automatic 9 colors MHM Machines, specialized for pigment, Non PVC, Plasticol, discharge, Flock, Glitter, Sticker Prints etc.., which has a capacity to product impressions/day.
The company used the latest CAD and ERP Software to plan. Control and monitor production systems and ensure efficiency and timely delivery. The modern Production facility includes modern stitching machines from reowned brands Juki, Yamoto, Pegasu, an Brother to aid top quality sewing.
Each and every garments are pased through needle detectors to ensure non-excestence of needle, staples and other metal objects etc., before sending it for packing.
The checked garments are finally pressed by high tech vaccum pressing machines and packed size views to reach the destinations in time safety.

They use latest quality technology system and methods so as to meet the need of the buyer. The Company has been conferred certificates like sedex for quality management environmental management and social accountability management.
The garment manufacturing division is spread over 40,000 Sq.ft. of build up area
with in-house printing unit. It caters to the requirements of Buyer's for Men's,
Ladies and Kid's.
The Garment Production capacity of over 1,00,000 pieces per month. It
specializes in manufacturing knitwear in 100% cotton and other blended fabrics
with value added.
