“Kaico Impex” was incorporated in the year 1998 at Tirupur (Tamil Nadu, India) with the intention to serve our clients with wide assortment of Knitted and Woven Fashion Garments by manufacturing variety of Kids Wear, Ladies Wear and Men’s Wear in knitted and woven pattern and we export and supply the same to our world renowned customers based across the markets of European and North American Countries. INFRASTRUCTURE

We have constructed well established infrastructure that is equipped with all the necessary machines and tools that are required for an ultra modern manufacturing unit in today’s time. Machineries that are equipped in our infrastructure are imported from Japan, Singapore, and Italy. In addition to this, modern state-of-the-art machineries are available in-house to make sure that high quality product range is always delivered at every stage of production. Our infrastructure is segmented in following departments.

Stitching Division

We are backed by efficient stitching unit that is manned by our well experienced & skilled employees. Over lock and flat lock machines are from Pegasus-Japan and lock stitch is from Juki-Japan. Further, all the machines are fixed with auto thread trimmer and dust collector.

Checking Division

Our entire product range is checked by skilled supervisors; even the smallest defect is not overlooked.

Ironing Division

Pressing is the Final phase of production of the garment that has been doing with latest machines equipped in our infrastructure. Our product range is steam pressed and vacuum sucked in order to take away any excess moisture in the garment due to steaming.

Packing Division

We possess a skillfull packing manforce who make sure that the goods manufactured are neatly packed in the assortment specified by the customer into carton boxes which are of high quality and makesure that the goods are not damaged until it reaches the hands of the customer.
