Glacier Apparels is a Manufacturer & Exporter of Knitted Readymade garments with factories located in Tirupur. We have two manufacturing units for specialized items with a total of 100 machines and a capacity of approximately 3000 garments per day. These are all compliant factories confirming to International Standards each of these units specialized in specific products.

These testing are subcontracted to third party international labs SGS and Intertek Testing Services to avoid bias. Banned chemical testing on prints and fabrics are also conducted on each design using BSCI standards.
Glacier conducts regular inspection at all stages of production to maintain its standards. These comprise run up, midline and finished product inspections. Upon requests we also offer ITS or SGS inspections at buyer specified standards (AQL 1.5 / AQL 2.5 level).
Once the product satisfies us, we send it to the client for their final approval. If any modification is needed, we again send it back to the vendor and all the changes are carried out to meet the exact specification.
After the completion of the manufacturing process, the product is thoroughly checked. While the goods are being packaged, quality controllers re-inspect randomly, selecting packages from the final shipment.
Knitting machines from Mayer & Cie, Orizio and indigenous machines are used to knit any type of contemporary fashion fabrics.
Our latest soft flow dyeing process with balloon padding and flat drying gives our fabric a streaks free and wrinkles free finish. The modern process retains the actual design and structure of the fabric and minimizes shrinkage.
Our vast range of printing includes Pigment, Discharge, High density, Foil, Rubber, Glitter, Reactive, Photo, Foam, Puff, Non PVC, Plastisol, Gel, Spray print.

Accuracy and consistency of cut fabric are achieved using on array of equipped Automatic lay machines, Band knife cutting machines.
We have two modernized units having 100 nos. imported sewing machines with all essential accessories with skilled workers which can produce any type of garments to the international standard. All two units is built with social good intension for the labours good health and fresh mind to under good atmosphere which enables to produce fine garment according to BSCI standard.
