We only employ top quality knitting machines and the latest in compacting technology to achieve consistency in weight & shrinkage. We specialize in jersey, rib, interlock, fleece, jacquard, auto & feeder stripes & more.
Our embroidery unit offers extensive capabilities including standard and 3D embroidery, patches, sequins,
chenille and tuft embroidery. We are also proud of our hand work portfolio where our clients can add fine
touches of beads or fully encrusted rhinestones all applied by hand with great care. So whether you require
precisely automated output or uniquely hand made finishing, we can accomodate your expectations.
We pride ourselves in our commitment to offering the latest in technologies and automation while also
maintaining a highly skilled workforce throughout our facilities. We maintain the ability to cut 40,000pcs per
day which then flows seamlessly to our skilled sewing force where the garments are sewn and finished with
expert precision. Our internal QC controls are backed by a third party quality controller to ensure peace of
mind for our valued partners.
One of the crown jewels of Esstee Exports is our state of the art screen printing facility, Fresh Print. Spread
across an area of more than 3,000 square meters, the 100+ skilled workers manage a printing a capacity
of 50,000 impressions per day. Our well equipped facility can produce sublimated and digital prints as well
as up to 18 colors on our large format M&R machines. A wide range of techniques are also employed
in-house, from glitter, foil and rhinestones to high density, UV reactive, embossing & much, much more.
Esstee offers a limitless variety of washes and is constantly pushing new innovations in order to offer
the latest trends for every season. Our wash development is controlled under strict tolerance in-house
and through third party QC to ensure a consistent color fastness. Our range of treatments include:
Cold Pigment Dye, Acid Wash, Reactive Garment Dye, Novelty Washes & Sprays, Tie Dye, Mineral Wash,
Potassium, Oil Wash and Silicone/Enzyme/Softener Treatments.
