We have our own knitting factory with UNITEX brand imported knitting machines with 28 / 30 / 32 / 34 DIA with each 2 sets and PAILUNG rib machine one set with same campus. All are 24 / 28 GG with Single jersey, Loopknit, Pique… kind fabric we can do with out own.
Sourced from some of the best manufacturers around the world, our knitting machines enable a variety of designs that help us handle diverse orders in knitting. Rib, Interlock and Fancy designs are created using German and Italian machinery. Interlock, Drop Interlock and Auto Stripes are facilitated with Spanish machines.
Taiwanese machines for Rib and Wheel Jacquard with Lycra, Japanese Collar knitting machines to knit all types of flat knit collars and machines from Singapore for Jersey with 3 thread conversion complete the knitting division.
With long term agreement with our relative dyeing factory for all our dye process. This unit, situated at same town, houses advanced machinery from Thies, Germany as well as HTHP machines for polyester dyeing, winch dyeing, Soft flow machines, drying machines and rotary printing. Our Reverse Osmosis feed tank plant recycles discharged water so as to make it suitable for irrigation, thereby testifying to our eco-friendly operations.
We have hi-tech imported compacting machines from USA & Italy for both open-width and tubular fabrics in same dyeing plant. Taiwanese raising machines enable brushing on all varieties of fabrics. Our sueding division has machines imported from Italy. Our washing units feature recyclable water and multiple wash options like silicon / stone and enzyme, bio-polish, etc.
Our trendy print designs are capable of creating impressive impressions. To offer a complete range of print options, we have installed state-of-the-art placement printing machines. These machines facilitate various types of prints. The prints include reactive, discharge, pigment, plastisol, high density, flock, rubber etc. We have ROTARY PRINT options upto 8 colors designs also with our team circle.
Enabling intricacy of design, our embroidery division is housed with 2 imported machines from Japan. Equipped with 40 heads, these machines are capable of delivering nearly 2000-3000 pcs per day.

EDISON has good manufacturing Team with separate Supervision and split the factory as GroupWise to make fast and energetic production output based on our client requirement and order qty. Over with 150 machines we produce monthly 200000 pcs basic styles OR 150000 pcs in fashion styles.
