Cutting

Cutting is the main phase in garment making. A Garment can't be made without cutting. In our firm cutting is done by the persons who are perfectly skilled and keeping in mind the FASHION FITS.

Stitching

We have using 100 Nos of sewing machines in our Stitching unit. Our Stitching unit consists of Plain, Flat lock, over lock, Bind, Gathering.

Checking

Another important process is checking. Checking is to trim all extra threads and also checks for stains and holes. We have modern Trimmer Machines.

Ironing

We depend on modern methods for ironing. We use adjustable flat horizontal tables and modern steam pressing boxes for ironing garments.

Packing

We buy our Packing Materials from leading suppliers and professional providers to Garment Exporters.

Our organization specializes in providing a superior range of Kids Wear, which is designed using latest technology and by using best grade raw materials.

Cutting

Cutting is the main phase in garment making. A Garment can�t be made without cutting. In our firm cutting is done by the persons who are perfectly skilled and keeping in mind the FASHION FITS. We have modern hand cutter and pattern cutting machines.

Stitching

We have using 100Nos of sewing machines in our Stitching unit. Our Stitching unit consists of Plain, Flat lock, over lock, Bind, Gathering. Power singers, Lace works Button hole machines, Press Button Machines, Smocking Machine, Rib Cutting Machine, Net Folding Machine. We use the most modern and single needled machines which produce in large volume. Our stitching unit has a strong work force of skilled persons. Our Assembly line consists of both Automated and Manual machines which has been designed to provide the required quality.Whether the Stitching run numbers in millions or as low in hundreds, our goal is to get it done fast.

Checking

Another important process is checking. Checking is to trim all extra threads and also checks for stains and holes. We have modern Trimmer Machines.

Ironing

We depend on modern methods for ironing. We use adjustable flat horizontal tables and modern steam pressing boxes for ironing garments. Vaccum sucking machines are used to take away the excess moisture in the garment due to Steam Ironing.

Packing

We buy our Packing Materials from leading suppliers and professional providers to Garment Exporters. We use only Oeko Tex certified labels produced from fully computerized labeling machines. We use only poly propylene and polyethylene bags with colour printing. For all kinds of Hangtags, Sticker and patches we depend on the best which meets the global standards. We use only corrugated Carton boxes for packing. We have a Bar tag Machine specially designed for Garment field.

Embroidery

Top most priority is given to Embroidery. Custom Embroidery T-Shirts are the most popular products. We specialize in doing LOGO Embroidery, Embroidery in Fleece and Jackets. We have our own Embroidery unit I which we use latest machines like for quality Embroidery. We do Embroidery on both finished products and cut pieces.
