AV Fashion, started by Mr. M Anandhan, a Gold Medallist in Knitting Technology, before entering the business, has 15 years of wide expertise in knitted fabric manufacturing worked in various fashion production stages and perceived the requirements of international fashion.

Established in 2013, AV Fashion, embraces the spirit of global trade. The company is dedicated to excellence in fabric quality, merchandising, product development, production and logistics. We have earned a reputation in the global apparel industry as one of the foremost factories in Tirupur for our commitment to quality, timely delivery and total value. Through our extensive sourcing network, we have the ability to effectively procure the best materials cotton, yarn, fabric and trims. Our customers rely on us to deliver the best quality products and extremely committed service which enables them to successfully compete in the emerging market place.

AV Fashion has a wide range of product development capabilities. We have our inhouse state-of the art knitting machines from Germany such as Mayer&Cie and Terrot to meet specific product quality and set standards to the product quality. Our team has an extensive understanding of the needs of clients in the West as well as our production capabilities, delivering the best results.

AV Fashion, is located in the north part of Tirupur city in India. The factory have 150 machines with a production capacity of 100k pcs per month, Our total team of 250 people, are dedicated to achieving our Clients’ production goals and besides keeping our quality standards in place. We welcome all our prospective customers to visit and evaluate our factories first-hand.

INFRASTRUCTURE

PRODUCTION

We have sewing capacity of 150 machines and a knitting factory with 5 world’s best machines from Germany with an area of 2500 square meters, now we have our construction on-going for a green factory of 4500 square meter, as we planned to expand our capacity to 250 machines, 175k pcs/month, we expect to complete the construction by end of this year.

We are a ‘Star export house’, a certificate of recognition from The Government of India, DGFT.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

AV FASHION is committed to providing the highest quality products. All garments come across strict quality control measures and checkpoints at every stage of production. Our quality auditors to oversee production, work independently from floor management and report directly to the Owner of the company.
