Fabric

Quality fabric is always our strength, and we care from yarn to finishing process. A good strategic alliance with yarn and dyeing mills guarantees quality and delivery on time. We have a facility to make fancy, trendy fabric production in 100% Cotton, Cotton Stretch, Poly Cotton blend, Modal Blend, Modal Stretch, Pima, Supima, 37.5 Cocona and many more types of fibre blend, and structures in various kinds of knit Jersey & Rib qualities. All fabric and trim fabric are inspected through four point systems maintaining quality consistency and meeting the brand quality standards. Good systems in place to monitor quality and accountability to ensure time and action plan is achieved.

OPERATOR ESSENTIAL SKILL LEARNING

Akruthi apparrel always focus quality first with power packed skills, technology and machine safety importance to achieve the best quality to edge productivity. To achieve the focused quality, we have installed training to benefit the tailor on their skills to enhance and entice our goal to achieve maximum efficiency with quality. We invested a seperate training area inside factory with man, machine ratio to upgrade technology and standards in garmenting for better utilization of industrial engineering patterns.

Equipped with state of art machines, we have installed various gauge and structure to knit both dyed yarn fabric and solid knit fabric. We have young, energetic, well qualified technical staff to leap into different structure of knit techniques to knit fashion fabrics. Equipped to knit various type and structure of fabric with state of art machines in Jersey & Rib qualities arrayed in different gauge of solid pattern, engineered pattern and self design structures

Engineered systems in place to monitor quality stacking of goods with proper identification. The fabric lot band by color is studied then approved. Accountability of fabric by style and order with a light box and a fabric checking machine.

Brain storming sessions are in place to skill employee knowledge. Proactive Theory class in place to make them aware of stitch length, stitch pattern, machine part handling, safety measures in handling the needle, broken needles. Making them aware of pattern and handling cut part and understanding notch in cut part. Group class and quiz on tailoring.

Integrated team with skillful technicians on pattern make both manual and digitized pattern.Powered with Gemini software. The pattern is marked and shaped to perfection using pattern cutting machines.

Pattern is audited with the buyer’s technical sheet against the pattern, and then the sample is initialized. We have an IE person to confirm the technical requirement of the style/ product to confirm userfriendly guide lines.

Sampling is installed with 40 various type of machines to meet the updated sewing workmanship requirements. Also enhanced with Quality & IE team from cutting, inline of sampling and finishing process for product knowledge and fix work flow.

Focussing the need to transform and to participate in Global Warming initiatives to prevent environmental degradation - We have started to transform partially with solar energy.




INFRASTRUCTURE

Fashion and wearer comfort ability drove us to start a laundry division with more lucrative, glossy and vintage effects which could also be economically viable. Our facility is installed with fully equipped automatic washing machines which could do all types of washing. The facility has the strength to wash 14000 Kg on an average per day. What is more, to say washing is completely handled with experienced skill full staff working in modern technique & methodology.

Equipped with five BARUDAN-20 head machines with all attachments/ requirements. We make the best designs with little stitch loops and maximum stitch loops, and our installed capacity is 5000 pcs based on an average design pattern. Good techies are on job to handle work force technically and productively.

Modernised Western technology, the printing machine S Rogue is installed to print 20K garments per day. Fully automatic 12 colours – 20 head machines are featured with designing expert, film & screen making, printing finishing equipment and treatment plant. An excellent team of skilled operators move print technique to the next level of technology and methodology. All types of prints are printed here using various dye chemicals like Pigment, Discharge, Reactive etc. This facility is certified for character license, SEDEX, GOTS, OEKOTEX certified

We have self-sufficient inner elastic weaving machines to save time, energy and quality. Our machines are equipped to crochet weave from 4mm to 65mm width. We also have a beaming facility, continuous production and quality weaving.

PRODUCTION


Akruthi Apparrel started with few machines is now stretched its arm with five factories in and around tirupur within a short span of time to cater its needs in quality production. We have 1800 machines equipped with state of art technology for software and system to produce core basics and fashion wears. approximately we make 6 million pieces per annum in crew neck, fashion tees, shorts and joggers. Our under garment factory is unique of its kind installed with 180 micro chip controlled flat seam machines - increasing sewing efficiency and quality stitching to produce 11 million pieces per annum. All factories are work friendly, excellent atmosphere and well maintained infrastructure in safety, holding certifications on compliance standards. We are on the mission now to focus sustainable initiatives.



The cutting room is facilitated with automated spreaders and cutters for better marker and cutting efficiency. Handsfree experience and in-depth knowledge on pattern swipe through cutting both manual and machine.



All machines are handled with safety guides,gloves, and SOP measuresfollowed. Based on PP approval and size set approval we start production cutting.



All parts are stickered to their respective size and bundled with barcode stickers to avoid any kind of mismatch. Here quality audit is done on a pattern against all requirements reference to purchase order on size and quantity.



All value added styles cutting is taken care of through manual cutting only. Trims like collar, cuffcutting are done through a straight knife machine. All machines are handled with safety guides, gloves and SOP measures followed.



Industrial Engineers are the back bone of Akruthi Apparrel who work in the field of production assigning flow chart guide line and path finder for ever style.



All critical path analysed studied and well-planned for executed. Dedicated work force manufacture.



Inline, Finish line and production oriented target are set for each style and monitored with a spirited team in achieving the target. Machines are cleaned and checked at every interval for safe production. The finishing process is all well-informed and checked for the final presentation of garments.



We have 12 lines each with 16 machines to cater our inner wear production capacity. Apart from the above we have 7 lines with 36 machines each line to make Fashion garments. Our tailors are subjected to 21 day training for tailor skills and ascertain their knowledge and expertise. Then they are assigned production lines.



We follow TLQ quality system for quality consistence. Lines are fixed with PROCON monitoring system to monitor hourly report to reach target / lines. Our lines are equipped with checking and finishing, packing process to achieve daily packed target.



Facility is set with the best ware housing for fabric, packed goods stacking. Employee is helped with transport arrangements to reach office on time / safety and drop back home. Certifications and all required procedures are in place under process.

  • Starting from Yarn to final Inspection, every cluster is quality checked/ audited and documented. The quality team has quality checkers and auditors. Apart from this, the team is equipped with quality controllers who do surprise check in the existing process in any area of garmenting. We have our in-house lab to test major fabric testing procedures.
  • Cutting area is checked for approved patterns, marker check, cut part check and bundle Inspection. The PP meeting is done with the PP approved sample along withthe merchandiser. Then the size set and Pilot is initiated.
  • All part work like embroidery, patch ready, printing etc. undergo 100% quality check and audit before issued to sewing lines. Sewing lines do have a meeting in understanding the critical path requirement of a particular style and based on the style – Inline, roaming, Finish line checkers/ controllers and auditors are assigned up to Finishing and Internal shipment Audit.
  • All bundles will have a Bundle barcode sticker to maintain accountability, which will also enable and ensure quantity with quality to meet the T&A.
  • Quality team assign and initiate job responsibility in clear discussion with IE, Production team to achieve the highest productive efficiency to not only control quality but effective productivity.
