Adthya Exports Situated in this quintessential town of Tirupur, started operations in 1994 and later began the exports of garment in 2006. Adthya has become a leading player in the export of knitted garments. What started in a small scale is today producing nearly one Lakh pieces per month with the latest imported machineries at present the company has touched a group turnover of around 35 Crores and it is expected to touch 60 Crores in 2017.

OUR CERTIFICATIONS




INFRASTRUCTURE

  • Cutting


  • After getting size set report from quality team we start bulk cutting. We use automated layer cutting machine, for exact pattern based cut.

  • Stitching


  • Each and every day random pieces were taken and systematic quality check will be carried out. High quality stitching threads will be used.

  • Checking


  • Shade variation, garments shape, sleeve to sleeve uneven, collar shape, neck shape will be checked. Trimming alone will be done.

  • Ironing


  • Each & every garment pieces are checked by Ironing Person for chest length, sleeve lenght and proceeded for ironing.



  • Packing


  • After Ironing Measurement will be checked and only Quality wise passed garment piece will moed for packing, randomly Barcode, Tag, Label will be checked for buyers specification and moved for Carton box Packing.

  • Checking


  • Shade variation, garments shape, sleeve to sleeve uneven, collar shape, neck shape will be checked. Trimming alone will be done.
