At The Imperial © we conduct a latest fashion trend analysis which helps us source the right apparel and we assist the manufacturer in developing the correct sample.

Our Services

We work in an organized way and our approach is traditional. In the first stage we understand our clients' requirement in depth, devise a plan of action and execute it. We manage time effectively with the 80/20 rule, i.e 80% planning and 20% execution.

We seize information related to product with respect to its construction, fabric, trims, packing & folding methods. Post this process we format this information in Tech pack. After this we determine the feasibility for garment production and finalize the vendor for production.

At Imperial we ensure that product is manufactured according to the standards. The samples of the garment are shipped to the buyer for review and approval. On the approval from the buyer the process for mass production is initiated.

Vendor Selection

We connect with vendors and select a vendor according to the product specification and order placement. We take time to choose the right vendor. We opt for people who has the right attitude and who strive for the best. At present we are working with 64 factories in Tiruppur.

We help the buyers to carefully examine the practices of the manufacturer, carry out a background check and then place the order. Vendor selection is one of the key success of all our endeavours, we select ISO certified manufacturers and suppliers who display competitive price. We ensure that the garments meet the social-environmental compliances approved by DISNEY, BSCI, SEDEX, OEKOTEX and WRAP.

Price Negotiation

Price negotiation is one of our key strength. We get competitively priced products for our clients without any compromise on quality. The price negotiation is kept transparent and under the surveillance of the buyer.

We take extra care to maintain transparency and competitiveness when it comes to price negotiation.

Product Sampling

At Imperial we have highly efficient sampling facility. We have an in-house sampling department and sampling unit that is supervised by experts. We assist buyers with samples for promotion and production quality control.

We develop designs as per clients' specification. The buyer confirms the fit and style with the help of samples. We make samples for an entire size set. Once the client approves the samples it becomes a benchmark for the remaining work.

Latest fashion inputs, technical advances, new fabrics and value additions are always added into our library for buyer reference.

Product Development in Bulk

On the receipt of approval on samples the process for product development in bulk is initiated. We develop the product according to buyer's requirement and specifications. Along with the product we attach a tag which has all the important data about the product as well the wash and care instruction.

During the mass production we follow personalized and periodic follow up to meet the standards and quality. Our team consistently update the client about the progress in production.

We follow up on the periodical production status right from laboratory test with international accredited lab and quality control at various stages from fabric to final random inspection.

Quality Assurance

We conduct timely quality checks at all stages from pre-production, mid inspection to post-production. Quality is the hallmark of all our products. We believe in total quality management (TQM) which is a combination of quality control and quality assurance.

Imperial has adopted a universally acclaimed system of quality evaluation known as the AQL (Accepted Quality Level). This system helps in judging the quality of the produced products by identifying and categorising the defects.

Once the product passes the acceptability norms of the client only then it is shipped.

Logistics & Shipment Follow Up

Our logistics department handles all the documents regarding shipping of the product. We ensure that we have the correct shipping documents and get prior approval from the client before and post shipment. This ensures trouble free delivery to the destination.

We also record our follow ups which saves time. The Imperial © sends out shipping advice with all relevant details of shipment to ensure smooth delivery.
