EGYPT manufacturing facilities- offers duty free ( Both USA & EU ) items such as Polyester  / Blended – for a continuous production in bulk qty.

Quality Control – Cutting Section

1.To implement the measures advised by stores QC section if fabric defects were found during fabric inspection (where minor defects need to be managed by special markers).


2.To ensure that the pattern used for cutting includes the correct shrinkage (where applicable).


3.To ensure that the pattern used for cutting conforms to the buyers final approval (final specs).


4.To ensure that the correct number of layers are being spread and to maintain even and equal cutting of each  panel in those layers for spec accuracy.


5.To ensure each  panel is numbered correctly and color matches with the balance panels of the garment in order to detect and counter color shading, if any.


6.To work with the sewing section QA’s to resolve matters related to cutting defects.


 

Quality Control – Sewing Section

Fixed Line QA’S

1.4-6 QA’s per line depending on no. of machines
2.Quality check at key operations.
3.Measurement check at key operations.
4.Checking critical areas pointed out during the PP meeting with the buyers Tech Rep.
5.Ensure that only garments that quality conform are passed on to the next production process.
6.Ensure that rejected pieces are segregated either for repair or total discard.

 

Roving Line QA’s

1.1 QA per line.
2.Random check of input bundles for conformity of bundle stickers and color shade amongst panels.
3.Random Quality check of critical operations.
4.Random check of critical measurements.
5.Liaison with line supervisor, cutting QC and pattern technicians if spec variations found on bulk.
