Services we do

  • Sampling

    We at By2 Fashions, completely understand the importance of sending the right samples. As it not only portrays our ability as an exporter to our potential buyer, it will also help us understand yarn consumption, manufacturing processes involved, costing and time lines. Besides these, it helps us plan for mass production by optimizing our production infrastructure and manpower.

    Hence, we give utmost importance to sampling and apply our creativity and innovation to create winning samples that impresses the buyer. In line with our customer specifications, our talented designers create the sample using CAD system and high end graphic tools. Then the right material is sourced and finished to perfection. It is then tested by carrying out trials. After satisfactory quality check, the sample is sentto the respective buyer for approval.

  • Knitting

    Knitting forms the basis of our presence in the demanding and fashion conscious international garment market. In line with the growing demands in the fashion industry, we have upgraded our knitting infrastructure to ensure Fashion Brooks lives upto the expectations of our fashion-conscious international customers. Our Knitting machines can handled some of the finishes like Jersey, Pique, waffle fleece with Lycra, Interlock, Single Rib, Durbyrib and Lycrarib.

  • Dyeing Process

    A 2 Fashions, extreme care is taken to ensure dyeing is done as per international standards. We are using most advanced machines for yarn dyeing, fabric dyeing, and processing. When the sampling is approved, the approved color shade is stored in a master collection. We then use latest soft flow dyeing machines which maintain consistent shade throughout the fabrics. Balton padding is done to get the smooth and hairless softness on the fabrics. The fabric then is made to undergo number of treatments to achieve softer, finer and wholesome feel.

  • Cutting

    We understand that cutting is an important aspect of garment manufacturing as it determines the flow and fit. Each style is measured with laser aided technology and then cut to perfection. We ensure that our 'cut' fabrics please our customers and end-users alike. Our cutting requirements are handled both manually and through Lay cutting machines.

  • Printing

    We have dedicated workforce and all-inclusive printing unit to handle different types of printing such as Water-based Printing, Discharge Printing, Non-PVC High Density Printing, Spray Effects Form Printing, Glitter, Foil, Flock Printing etc.,

  • Embroidery

    The recent years have seen a steady increase in the consumer demand for embellishments. To cater to these specific demands, we have installed 2 computerized embroidery machines with 40 Head 9-Colours. Appliqués, badges, simple and complex embroideries are handled through these machines. Be it a logo, chest and label, it can be embroidered on fabric, cut fabric, semi stitched and fully stitched according to specification and pattern. With the help of these advanced embroidery machines, we are able to handle 5,000 pieces a day.

  • Sewing

    Bye Fashions has a wide matrix of sewing machines from the world's leading machine manufacture, maintained with special care and discipline. The finishing is so clear —cut and best fits our mass customer approach. The Unit gives a solid shape to our ideas and creations.   • Checking

    Checking forms the very important part of our entire production process. The finished garments are thoroughly checked by our team of well trained checking staff. Each finished garment will go through rigorous check to ensure small glitches, metal particles inclusion etc., are spotted and removed.

  • Ironing & Packing

    The checked garments are then steam ironed for a professional finish. The garment is made to undergo vacuum sucking in order to take away the excess moisture due to steaming, if any. Our Ironing and Packing division is equipped to handle 10,000 Pcs of finished garments a day. The ironed garments are then scientifically packed and marked for shipment.
